Return period

Return of the received goods is allowed within 30 calendar days after its delivery (receipt at the delivery service). If the product purchased from us for some reason did not suit you, and you wish to exchange it for another or return it, then this can only be done if the conditions described below are met.

Return of good quality goods

If the product is of good quality, but you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product does not correspond to the order (composition, form of release, dosage, price, name), then within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, you have the right to exchange or return the product of good quality, provided that its presentation and consumer qualities are preserved.

To exchange or return goods, you must contact us in any available way, which is indicated on the contact page. When returning goods of good quality, transportation costs for the return or exchange of goods are at the expense of the buyer.

Refund or exchange of goods is carried out after inspection by our specialist of the returned goods. The returned goods must be in without visible signs of use, without mechanical damage, preferably with the original packaging preserved.

Return of defective goods

The consumer has the right to demand a refund if:

  • the primary and/or secondary packaging of the medicinal product is damaged;
  • the medicinal product has expired;
  • the authorized body has published a ban on the sale and use of the medicinal product;
  • the delivered order does not correspond to the ordered quantity or composition, name, dosage, form of release, or price.

If a defect is found in the goods, you can return or exchange the defective goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The product will be replaced at no additional charge.

To return the goods, you must contact us in any way available, which is indicated on the contact page, and provide all available information confirming the presence of a defect in the goods. Return of defective goods is carried out at the expense of the seller.

Refund or exchange of defective goods is carried out after we receive the returned goods, and evaluate and confirm the defect.

Restricted Items and Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for gift cards, prepaid cards, sexual wellness items, seasonal products, hazmat items, or COVID-19 testing kits.

We are not permitted by law to accept prescription product returns for reuse or resale. However, if you believe we made a mistake in filling the prescription, please contact Customer Service and describe the problem. We will seek special permission to return the medication.

Please note that if the product was purchased using a coupon, we cannon refund the coupon value or return the coupon that was used.

Refund method

Return of funds is made to the card with which the prepayment was made. The term for transferring funds from the moment the goods are accepted for return is 3 – 5 business days. Please keep in mind that the pharmacy cannot control the whole process. It also depends on the bank or another financial institution to make the money available in your account.

Order Cancellations

We may not always be able to cancel an active order before it ships due to the fast pace with which we handle orders. If you want to cancel a recent purchase that we cannot cancel, simply refuse the package when it comes and we will reimburse you when the carrier returns it to our warehouse.
